This agreement is a legal contract between you and Xiashi VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile VPN application (the 'App').

By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms. Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, translate, or create derivative versions of the App or associated trademarks without authorization. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. We may adjust features or pricing to maintain service quality and will communicate material fee changes clearly. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking or rooting may weaken protection and affect the App.

This Service integrates some necessary third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, etc.). During use, you are simultaneously bound by the respective terms of service of these partners.

Service limitations: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for failures caused by account arrears, traffic limits, weak signal, device issues, or third-party network problems. Mobile carriers may charge data fees outside Wi-Fi. Roaming fees outside your home country are your responsibility unless you use an appropriate data plan. Confirm permission from the bill payer before using the App.

Users are responsible for their own use of the App. For example, service loss caused by a depleted battery, incorrect system settings, or third-party service changes is not covered by compensation. We work to provide accurate route and connection information, but some data may come from partners and we are not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from that data. The App may release updates for compatibility and security; you agree to install updates when necessary. The Service Provider may terminate service as permitted by law.
